Recipharm is all set to strengthen its US operations with a new multi-million-dollar investment to broaden fill and finish capacity to expand sterile manufacturing.
This will not only enhance the ability of the company to support the production of biologics as well as advanced therapies throughout the product lifecycle, but it will also assist in reducing development time frames.

The US remains a critical market for our customers, and these investments position Recipharm as a partner of choice for companies bringing the next generation of therapies to patients.”
It is well to be noted that Recipharm has also upgraded its aseptic manufacturing platform for its customers across North America and Europe. The decision is expected to enhance operational adaptability, facilitate quicker transfer of technology, and accelerate development pathways when it comes to complex sterile products.
Recipharm is all set to expand sterile manufacturing so as to enable effective scale-up as well as smoothen transition across the product lifecycle with integrated support, including API compounding analytical transfer as well as validation process characterization process performance qualification – PPQ and aseptic fill and finish manufacturing.
It was in February 2026 that Recipharm sold its Yavne, Israel API development and small-scale manufacturing site to Scinai Immunotherapeutics. It forms a component of a long-term collaboration with the biopharma and CDMO that will take ownership of the site. It establishes Scinai as Recipharm’s preferred partner for early-stage development and Recipharm as Scinai’s chosen partner when it comes to late-stage manufacturing.
Hovione is another CDMO that has invested in its US operations in 2025. In November 2025, the company invested $100 million in order to double its spray drying capacity at its New Jersey manufacturing facility.
